Entries for the esteemed pageant opened in January and those between the age of 13 and 19 are encouraged to enter.

The pageant competition aims to celebrate passionate and committed trailblazers as well as encourage positive self-image, hence the swapping of the swim suit category for fitness wear instead.

The competition will be hosted in Johannesburg in late March 2019 over a duration on 3 days, where our first ever Miss Teen United Nations South Africa will be crowned.

Do you also have a dream of representing our beautiful country overseas at an international competition or you simply want to be a role model of substance to young girls across South Africa? Then Miss Teen UNSA is the competition to enter.

"Miss Teen United Nations South Africa is a beauty pageant like no other. We are not looking for your normal beauty queen, we want a girl with substance, and thus we have neither body specifications nor height requirements. Any modern day South African girl is welcome to enter”, said Mpho Botha, the National Director of the pageant as well as Mr Teen World 2016.

This year's winner will walk away with an all-expenses paid trip to India to represent South Africa at the annual Miss United Nations.
